We try hard to provide our customers with the widest selection of superior quality products. However, occasionally it's necessary to return or exchange an item you have purchased from us. Following this procedure will allow us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Complete the form below except for the Return Authorization Number, then print the form for your records. Please be sure the information matches your original packing list
Email the completed form (click "Submit Request" below,) and we'll respond with a Return Authorization number. Please allow at least 48 hours for our returns staff to email you with your RA Number
Write the Return Authorization Number on the printed form, and on the outside of the shipping box
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, inside a separate shipping box, including all parts, accessories and instructions, and return to the address at the bottom of the form. PLEASE INCLUDE A PRINTED COPY OF THE COMPLETED FORM WITH YOUR RETURN!
Note: It is recommended that you insure your package and ship in a manner that provides you with proof of receipt.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the merchandise, provided that it is returned within 30 days and returned according to our return policy, we will cheerfully refund the cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Due to the special order nature of our custom-made telephone art, we are not able to offer refunds on custom-made telephones.
All returns covered under our 30-day return policy are subject to the following:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Custom Phones MUST accompany ALL returns and be printed on the outside portion of the shipping box in order to avoid refusal. Custom Phones cannot be responsible for returns sent without an RA number. No credits or refunds can be issued for merchandise returned without an RA number. RA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from date of receipt which will be valid only for 15 days from date of issuance.
- After the 30-day period, all product returns must be handled by the respective manufacturer or warranty provider.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE FREIGHT PRE-PAID. We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail. Please make sure your package is sent with a tracking number to avoid loss or confusion.
- All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation, cannot be accepted and will be returned (upon request) at customer?s expense. Custom Phones cannot accept returned items that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 30 day return period.
Products which are defective can only be exchanged for the same product. If we are unable to exchange an item for the same, or a replacement of equal or greater value within a reasonable time frame, you will be issued an in-store credit.
Any returns found to be non-defective and in working order are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and non-merchandise fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
